These terms of use set forth the rights, obligations and other responsibilities that exist between “Hyundai Motor Company” and the Users, in the use of the Internet-related services provided by Hyundai Motor Company (hereinafter “Company”) through its website (hereinafter “Homepage”) at http://motorstudio.hyundai.com/goyang

"Homepage" means the virtual business site that Company established for offering information and/or services to Users and enabling them to transact services by the use of information communication facilities such as computers and information communication networks.

1. 1.These terms of use shall be applied retroactively to all Users who became members before the enactment and enforcement of these terms of use.
2. 2.Any revised terms of use shall in principle be applied to contracts entered into before the date of application.
3. 3.Company shall post the contents of these terms of use, business name, contact information, business address, etc. on the initial service page so that Users can be aware of them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contents of the terms and conditions may be provided to Users through a separately linked screen.
4. 4.From time to time, Company may revise these terms of use. Such revisions shall not violate the relevant laws of Republic of Korea.
5. 5.In the event that a revision is made to any provisions in these terms of use, Company shall provide a notice of the details and the reasons for such revision as well as the date of their application, along with the current provisions, on the initial page for a period from seven (7) days prior to the date of their application to the day before their application.
6. 6.Revised provisions shall be applicable to Users registered as members before the relevant revision upon a notice to the extent that such revised provisions do not violate the relevant laws. However, in the event that any member expresses his or her explicit refusal of such revised provisions no later than the date of their application, the provisions in force before the revision shall be applied to such member.

Any matters that are not provided in these terms of use or their interpretation shall be governed by the 'Act on the promotion of information and communications network utilization and information protection, ‘Act on the regulation of standardized contracts,’ the ‘Act on consumer protection in electronic commerce transactions, etc.’ the ‘Framework act on consumers’ of Republic of Korea and general trade practices in Republic of Korea.

1. 1."Member" means those registered as members of Company by offering their personal information to Homepage and who receive the information provided by Company and are able to continually use services offered to them.
2. 2."Non-member" means those who use information and services offered by Company without being registered as members.
3. 3."User" means members and/or non-members who receive offers from Company's service, pursuant to these provisions, and by connecting to Homepage.

1. 1.Company shall not commit any activity that is prohibited under the laws/regulations and these terms and use, and shall strive to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these terms of use.
2. 2.Company shall maintain the security of personal information or other information so that Users can use the services safety, and shall take all technical measures to make assurance of this.
3. 3.Company shall maintain reliable E-commerce through the fair and sound operation of Homepage, and will strive to provide high-quality service through constant research and development.
4. 4.Company shall post no misleading or unfair indication or advertisement for the goods or services provided through Homepage.

1. 1.Members are liable for managing their ID and password. Members should not allow a third party to use their ID or password.
2. 2.In the event that a member becomes aware that a third party steals their ID and password or uses them, the member should immediately notify Company and follow the direction of Company.
3. 3.The User shall not be allowed to do any of the following, except when provided for in the preceding provisions.
   1. ①Change the information posted on Homepage by Company.
   2. ②Transmit or post information (such as computer programs, etc.) other than the information specified by Company.
   3. ③Infringe the intellectual property right of Company or a third party.
   4. ④Commit any act that causes damage to the reputation or image of Company or other third parties, or interrupts their normal operations.
   5. ⑤Commit any act of disclosing or displaying information that contains obscene or violent message/image/voice, or is against good public order, on “Homepage”.
   6. ⑥Commit any act of selling goods or soliciting custom using the bulletin board of Homepage.
   7. ⑦Commit any other act that Company deems inappropriate.
4. 4.In the event that any information which Company deems inappropriate for the operation of “Homepage”, including information specified in the preceding provision, is posted on or linked to Homepage, Company, at its sole discretion, may delete the relevant information or block the link without the consent of the User or other subscribers.

1. 1.When Company gives a notification to a specific member, it may provide such notification to the member via the e-mail address submitted by the member, or communicate with the member by e-mail, telephone, or other methods.
2. 2.When Company gives a general notification to all members, it may notify them by publicly posting such notification on "Homepage" for more than seven (7) days, rather than through individual contact.

1. 1.A User will be registered as a member by expressing his or her consent to the terms of use after providing member information, pursuant to the registration form provided by Company.
2. 2.By clicking the “I agree” button on the screen, the User shall be deemed to have given legal consent to the terms of use. A person under the age of 14 can apply for registration by consenting to these terms of use through the consent of his/her legal representative. (This clause is only applicable to persons of Korean nationality).
3. 3.A member shall maintain up-to-date information by personally modifying and registering any changes in "Member Information" by Company.
4. 4.Any information included in the application is deemed to be true. The member shall be responsible for any inconvenience that results from his or her failure to keep the membership information up to date.

Company shall register Users as members except for the following cases:

1. 1.In the event that those applying for member registration lose member qualification pursuant to these provisions. However, Comapny will make exceptions for those who have passed three (3) years in time after losing member qualification and received approvals for re-registration.
2. 2.In the event that there is fault, omission of description, or misspelling.
3. 3.In the event that it is estimated to be extremely difficult to register as a member in terms of technology.

1. 1.When collecting information from the User, Company will collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service and fulfill the contract.
2. 2.Details regarding the protection of personal information shall be governed by the privacy policy of the Homepage.

1. 1.In principle, the services will be available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
2. 2.Company may cease the provision of services temporarily when required for maintenance/repair, or due to breakdown of information communication equipment such as computers, breakdown of the system, interruption of communications, etc.
3. 3.Company shall not indemnify any User or a third party, nor compensate for any damages caused by the interruption of service provision due to the reason specified in the preceding provision 2, unless such damages have been caused by either an intentional act or the gross negligence of Company
4. 4.Some of the Internet services provided by Company may be available only to members of “Homepage”.

1. 1.Company may temporarily suspend the offering of service on the Homepage in the event of the maintenance, repair, exchange, breakdown, or interruption of information communication facilities such as computers.
2. 2.With regard to the interruption of service on the Homepage of Clause 1, Company shall notify Users in a way stipulated in Article 8.
3. 3.Company shall not compensate for damages to Users or a third party in the event that service is temporarily interrupted due to causes stipulated in Clause 1 unless such damages are caused by either intentional or major fault of Company

Company may provide members with diverse service information, such as information on the use of the service and various promotional events (commercial advertisements), etc. through e-mail, mail, message service, or other methods. However, any member who does not want such information may refuse to receive the information provided by Company.

1. 1.Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Company are the property of Company.
2. 2.2. With regard to the information obtained during the use of Homepage, the User shall not use this information for which Company owns the intellectual property right for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods, nor shall provide such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Company.

1. 1.In the event that “Homepage” and a second website are connected through a hyperlink (including text, image, and moving image), Company shall not be liable for the goods or services independently provided by such linked website.
2. 2.Company shall not warrant the credibility of information or data posted on the bulletin board of Homepage by the User, and shall not be liable for any damage caused by such information or data.

1. 1.A member who wishes to withdraw from membership may do so at any time by selecting ‘Withdraw Membership’ from Homepage.
2. 2.In the event that a User commits any of the following acts, Company may block or interrupt the use of the services, without being required to give prior notice to the User:
   1. ①Any behavior violating public order or public morals
   2. ②Any behavior presumed to be related to a crime
   3. ③Any use of the service for the purpose of obstruction of the public interest, or the planning of the same
   4. ④Any behavior that appropriates another User’s ID or password
   5. ⑤Any act of defamation or insult of others, or other harmful act
   6. ⑥Any act of double registration (registration of more than one ID by a User)
   7. ⑦Any behavior that prevents the sound use of the services, such as the interruption of service provision
   8. ⑧Other behaviors violating applicable laws or the terms of use of Company.

1. 1.Company and the User shall make every effort to mutually and amicably resolve any disputes or claims that occur in relation to the terms of use.
2. 2.In the event such efforts do not bear fruit, and a lawsuit or legal proceeding is submitted, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such lawsuit or legal proceeding, and the law of the Republic of Korea shall be the governing law.

These terms and conditions shall be effective as of March 23, 2017.
